What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Attackedactor Plumbing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber you were connected with
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They are responsible for their estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it directly with the plumber and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Attackedactor Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@attackedactor.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We aim to acknowledge complaints by email. Then we review what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
